Ad Submissions

SWS provides a forum for artists and other who support watercolor to share information about themselves and promote opportunities for other watercolor enthusiasts in our monthly newsletter, The SCENE.

There are three classifications of this information: Announcements, Happenings and Advertisements.
General Announcements

Announcements

Include information shared by other groups or individuals that are not profit-making but would be of general interest including exhibition opportunities and open events.

Member Happenings

Happenings

Are stories about accomplishments earned by SWS Members including selections for juried shows, awards won, speaking engagements, selections for publication, etc.


Paid Advertisements


Advertisements

Are announcements or solicitations for upcoming workshop offerings, classes, art sales, and other announcements about services for a fee. They require an paid ad and are not included in Happenings or Announcements.

Happenings and Announcements are to be submitted to the SWS News Editor at newsletters@swswatercolor.org.  To include an ad in the SCENE newsletter, follow the directions below:


Advertising Payments

 


Paid advertisements in the SCENE Newsletter can promote upcoming workshops, classes, and publications that might interest readers of the SCENE.
Fees are per month and must be ordered each month by the 20th for the next month's newsletter publication.

$25 for ads 3" or less in either dimension. SMALL

$50 for ads 5" or less in either dimension. MEDIUM

$75 for ads 7" or less in either dimension. (7" is absolute maximum size limit for an ad). LARGE
