Western Federation of Watercolor Societies
The 2026 exhibition is being hosted by the Colorado Watercolor Society
Congratulations to our members accepted into the show: Mickey Archer, Dana Brock, Sheilagh Cooper, Bill Dale, Cindy Daunis, Gail Delger, Mary Elle, Terri Hennessey, Olivette Hubler, Jane Jones, Barbara Lindley, Murthy Manta, Annie Strack, Don Taylor, Cecy Turner and Jo Williams. SWS had two winners at the 51st WFWS Show in Denver, Dana Brock won a Merchandise Award and $100.00 and Annie won a Merchandise Award and $50.00.
Four of our members have earned WFWS Signatures after this exhibition after having been selected for three different WFWS exhibitions over the years. They are Jo Williams, Sheilagh Cooper, Dana Brock and Olivette Hubler. Cecy Turner was honored for earning her Master Signature Membership in the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies for her eighth painting selection.
The 51st Western Federation of Watercolor Societies exhibition is hosted by the Colorado Watercolor Society and is on display at the Curtis Center for the Arts until June 27, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The Opening Reception was held at the Curtis Center on May 9. Congratulations to all those who had paintings selected for display.
